Doing a Murph Everyday of the Year
For all of 2022 I will be doing a Murph everyday.
A Murph includes:
1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300-squats, 1 mile run (All with a weight vest)
I started this challenge to raise awareness for veterans and their families. Countless members of the armed services have amazing stories to tell and have scarified so much for people all around the US and the rest of the world. I am raising money for Special Operations Warrior Foundation because of all the great work they do with veterans and their families. So many people have served and sacrificed for all of us to get to do what we do everyday. I hope that by committing to the challenge that I can raise awareness for them and support their families.
